Easy to return and refund service
JYCLAW will accept returns within 7 days receiving the product.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been delivered more than 30 days ago
- Used items
- Products that have been repaired or modified by the customer
- Products that have been washed or cleaned by the customer
- Products that have been damaged ky the customer
- Products for which the website has notified you that returns are not possible due to the product's
characteristics.
- The original product id should be match with our records.
Refund Service
- Once your order has been picked up by our courier partner, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours
- If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be
any partial returns accepted.
